To secure your booking a deposit is required, payable by C/C, Cheque or Direct Deposit (call or email for details). Minimum deposit of first nights rate or 10% of booking value whichever is higher. e.g 5 day booking at $1000 then deposit is 1/5 = $200, 14 day booking of $2,500 then deposit 10% = $250

Balance of account is payable on arrival and usually not refundable.
For your convenience, payment can be via cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX (3% surcharge) or Eftpos. Cheques can only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made.

A credit card to be produced on arrival for security.
In the event of cancellations, a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee (min $50) will be made if more than 14 days notice (30 days during peak season). For cancellations less than 14 days (30 days at peak times) prior to occupancy there may be no refund. This condition is subject to the circumstances and considerations by management. We prefer to book you for alternate dates.
